Vulcan Saw Works

    I first started buying some Harvey Peace saws because of the time period they were made and the patent reinforced handles.

    I recently realised that I had more than I'd thought from the Vulcan Saw Works ...

    One is a CE Jennings (medallion) but the style is very similar.

    Now looking at it I'm not certain the graphic 'Vulcan' saw is necessarily from Vulcan Saw Works. I've seen a Hercules or similar ... was that the W&McP thread?

    You may need to raise your house contents insurance, whatever it is at the moment. Or else the seller is being unduly optimistic. Or there is a rabbit away as the medallions by no means match, in my opinion.

    I have a beaten up #7 with two Disston medallions on the right-hand side.
    That's rare too.
