Hello all, When I was researching the M and C handsaw that I put on here a little while ago, I looked in BSSM and on page 403 were some quite extraordinary backsaw stamps for this company. To put it mildly, I was envious of such a stamp. And a few days ago this saw came up on Ebay on a buy-it-now for a very reasonable price, probably because the handle leaves a little to be desired. BSSM has a date for this style as circa 1840. Apart from the stamp it is quite an ordinary saw - apart from the stamp!! Fred
